RAWSON KIRKHOPE

HEAD COACH

Rawson’s coaching style inspires you to push yourself to your absolute limits – and somehow, leaves you wanting more. As a Strength and Conditioning coach, he helps his members to achieve their health and fitness goals, all while doing it with a smile on his face.

Rawson’s passion for health and fitness started at an early age, growing up in Tassie, he threw himself into any sport he possibly could. Team sports such as Aussie Rules Football and Cricket were his passions, playing at a high level in both sports. His passion for team based activity was amplified when he joined the Royal Australian Navy. Serving for 10 years, his programming and training style is heavily influenced by this. 

Always up for a laugh and a chat, he is committed to providing a fun, but challenging training environment. Commitment and discipline are his training ethos, and he’ll hold you accountable to this.

Strength and conditioning coach, Hamish is a Tassie boy who is an Avid Traveller/ Explorer .

A Crohn’s warrior, and advocate for people living with chronic illness, He is Passionate about bringing people together to create a supportive community.

Hamish can always be found with a smile on his face.

CALUM YOUNG

COACH

Calum has a strong passion and commitment for all things health and fitness. From an early age, his passion was developed and consolidated through a natural interest in sports science, and participation in various competitive sports. Finding fortune and gratification in helping others achieve their fitness goals, Calum attained his Cert IV in personal training where he could begin to turn his passion into a profession.

With a fun, and motivational attitude towards training and coaching, Calum has dedicated himself to providing a holistic approach to help groups and individuals become better versions of themselves.

MIKE STEVENS

Meet Mike, a 29-year-old Personal Trainer and Coach fueled by an unwavering passion for health and fitness. His journey began early, driven by a natural curiosity for sports science and active participation in competitive sports. Guided by the desire to help others achieve their fitness aspirations, Mike earned his Cert IV in personal training, turning his passion into a profession.

With an infectious enthusiasm and a motivational approach to training and coaching, Mike is devoted to delivering a well-rounded experience, empowering both groups and individuals to become the best versions of themselves.

Growing up dancing and performing, Tori found her love for moving her body. Taking this into her own fitness journey and now those of clients, loving nothing more than seeing people realise their potential to become better versions of themselves every day. Tori will push you physically and mentally, whilst making sure you feel welcomed and comfortable to help you realise what you are truly capable of.

Mimi has a zest for self-improvement and thrives on nudging you gently but persistently out of your comfort zone to help you grow. Think of her as your friendly motivator, always there to inspire you to take those bold steps toward a better you.

Fueling her passion for health and fitness is not just a hobby; it's a way of life. Armed with a degree in Sports Science and a treasure chest of personal training wisdom, Mimi is your go-to guru for achieving your physical and mental peak.

ABI WHITE

COACH

An athlete herself and 6-time National IAPS swimming champion for the UK, Abi is an avid sportswoman. Out of the pool, she is a keen weightlifter and thrives off high-intensity training, both on the gym floor, and out on the roads running. She loves a challenge and will put you through your paces if you bring your A-game!

Her passion for all things "Wellness” is what fuels her mission to inspire positive behavioural changes in everyone she coaches, advocating a lifestyle of holistic wellbeing for those who want to live a 10/10 day, everyday.
