3. Memberships and Subscriptions
- Memberships and coaching subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected during sign-up.
- Cancellations require written notice or in-app submission within the required notice period.
- Payments are managed via secure third-party providers.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. App Access and Usage
By using the VRTUS app, you agree:
- To keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
- To use the app only for its intended purpose, tracking workouts, accessing plans, and engaging with your coach.
- Not to copy, modify, or redistribute any content from within the app.
- To maintain accurate personal information for safety and program accuracy.
5. Health Disclaimer
Before beginning any VRTUS training or nutrition program, you should consult your doctor or qualified health professional to ensure you are medically fit for physical activity. You acknowledge that participation in exercise carries inherent risks and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, logos, and designs on the VRTUS website, app, and social channels are owned or licensed by VRTUS Gym. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRTUS Gym, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, app, or services.
Your participation in any fitness or nutrition program is at your own risk.
